Terms of Sale
The Terms of Sale are part of Affordable Detailing Dallas’ Terms of Use and are additional terms by which all Users or guests abide when using the Service. When you book online or via phone with Affordable Detailing Dallas, you should read and agree to the terms and conditions of the booking prior to making an appointment. Once an appointment has been made, you are bound under the terms and conditions herein.
Packages
Affordable Detailing Dallas offers three different detailing packages for multiple vehicle types. Prices and service package contents are subject to change at Affordable Detailing Dallas’ discretion at any time; all such changes will be reflected on www.affordabledetailingdallas.com.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Bookings are charged upon completion of the service requested. Affordable Detailing Dallas accepts cash, debit, and credit cards. Any card declined will lead Affordable Detailing Dallas to ask the customer to provide an alternative payment method. Affordable Detailing Dallas will start a collection process 48 hours after a customer’s credit card is declined.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers should remove all personal belongings, money, and other significant items from their vehicle before any detailing service. Affordable Detailing Dallas will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings inside the vehicle, or damage occurring at the location of service. Customers must ensure that their vehicle is parked in a safe and lawful location for detailing. If you have concerns about the detailing location, please discuss them with our technician before service begins.
All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk and must be able to withstand normal detailing processes. Any damage claims as a result of cleaning will be limited to the cost of the service. We reserve the right to take debit or credit card details to secure the booking. Debit/credit cards will be processed via our payment system.
We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with staffing levels, weather conditions, or equipment failure. Affordable Detailing Dallas reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $50 (or proportional there of) for any work that is not within the boundaries of the booked service, at our discretion. A minimum 20% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.
Late Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. However, within the 24-hour window, a $40 cancellation fee will be charged to compensate our technician. This rule applies to all booked detailing services.
Satisfaction Policy
If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or if there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will redo the unsatisfactory portion of the service free of charge. Any claims must be filed within 24 hours of the completion of the service by phone, email, or text message. Pictures of the issue must be texted or emailed to us within 24 hours of the claim being made.
Appointment Time
Due to traffic or exceptional circumstances, our technician may arrive late. Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window for jobs booked online or by phone. Affordable Detailing Dallas will make every effort to notify you of any delays.
SMS & Communication Policy
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the shortcode. After sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS, and you will no longer receive messages from us.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
We do not share mobile information with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. However, information sharing with subcontractors for support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
Coupon & Referral Policy
From time to time, Affordable Detailing Dallas may offer a referral program that enables customers to earn credits redeemable for detailing services by sharing a unique referral link provided by us.
To qualify for credits, the referred customer must be new to Affordable Detailing Dallas and must use your referral link to book a service. Customers may not collect referrals by:
- Self-referring by using multiple or false names, identities, accounts, or email addresses.
- Referring anyone who is already an existing Affordable Detailing Dallas customer.
- Using spam, unsolicited emails, or any illegal means to collect referrals.
- Posting referral links on coupon sites, public forums, or unrelated online venues.
- Providing false or misleading information about Affordable Detailing Dallas.
- Referring customers in violation of any restrictions set by Affordable Detailing Dallas.
If Affordable Detailing Dallas determines, at its sole discretion, that there has been a violation of these terms, we reserve the right to cancel or rescind any earned credits and/or deem the referred and referring customer ineligible to participate in future offers.
