What If It's Raining? +

Rain is typical in DFW, so we come prepared for any weather! Our mobile units are equipped with canopies to handle most conditions. If it’s raining hard with wind above 20 mph, we may need to postpone the appointment.

What Is Your Service Area? +

We serve the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to contact us directly.

Can You Detail At My Home, Office or Apartment? +

Yes, we can detail your vehicle at home, work, or apartments as long as we have access to water and electricity within 75 feet of the vehicle.

What If I Don't Have Access To Water or Electricity? +

If access isn’t available at your location, we can schedule your service as a drop-off at our shop.

What's Included In An Interior Detail? +

  • ✅ Upholstery cleaning and extraction
  • ✅ Leather conditioning (if applicable)

  • ✅ Air freshener treatment
  • Approximate time: 2+ hours
What's Included In An Exterior Detail? +
  • ✅ Foam cannon pre-soak and hand wash
  • ✅ Clay bar decontamination
  • ✅ Wheel and tire cleaning
  • ✅ Tire shine and trim dressing
  • ✅ Glass cleaning inside and out
  • ✅ Ceramic 3-in-1 spray wax for protection
  • Approximate time: 1.5+ hours
Cancellations And Refunds +

No fee if cancelled 48+ hours in advance. Within 24–48 hours: $50 fee. Under 24 hours: 50% of the service cost, up to $250. No call/no show: 100% of the service cost.

Is There A Rescheduling Fee? +

Rescheduling is free if done more than 48 hours in advance. Short notice reschedules (under 48 hours) are treated as cancellations and are subject to a fee.

Is Tipping Normal? If So How Much? +

Tipping is always appreciated but never expected. Most clients tip 10–20% based on satisfaction.

What If I’m Not Satisfied With My Detail? +

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

Are You Licensed, Bonded, And Insured? +

Yes, Affordable Detailing Dallas is fully licensed and insured to provide professional detailing services in Texas.

Can I Trust Your Detailers? Are They Background Checked? +

All team members are vetted and trained professionals. Your vehicle is always in good hands with us.

Are Your Prices Negotiable? +

Our pricing reflects the time, effort, and quality of our work. We do not negotiate pricing, but we offer competitive rates for the value provided.

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept? +

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and contactless payments. Payment is due upon completion of service.

What Are Your Hours Of Operation? +

We operate by appointment only, typically on weekends. Feel free to reach out for current availability and scheduling.
